1. Our Print on Demand Model
All products in our store are manufactured using a Print on Demand (POD) process. Items are custom-printed individually for each customer after an order is confirmed. We hold no physical inventory. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your product will be custom-made for you.

2. Order Changes and Cancellations (Global)
Because our production system is highly automated, the timeframe for changes or cancellations is strictly limited.

- You may request a cancellation or modification (such as changing a size, color, or shipping address) within exactly 1 hour of placing your order.
- After this 1-hour grace period, your order is automatically transmitted to our printing facilities and entered into production. At this stage, the order cannot be stopped, changed, or canceled under any circumstances.
3. Specific Terms for United States (US) Customers
- All Sales Are Final: For orders shipped to the United States, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind, choose the wrong size, or select the wrong color.
- Customer Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to check the sizing charts provided on the product pages and verify your shipping information before completing the checkout process. By checking the mandatory confirmation box in the cart, you explicitly agree to these terms.

- Custom / Personalized Items: If you upload your own images, text, or order a uniquely customized product, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is completely excluded (under Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code). These sales are final.
- Standard Catalog Designs: If you purchase an item featuring one of our pre-made catalog designs, you retain the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item.
- EU Return Costs: If you exercise your right of withdrawal for standard designs, you are responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the merchandise. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (All Regions)
If an item arrives damaged, has a clear manufacturing defect, or if the wrong item was shipped:

- Please contact our customer support at info@aprettyprint.shop within 14 days of delivery.
- You must provide clear digital photographs demonstrating the defect or error along with your order number.
- Verified defects will be replaced free of charge or fully refunded. You are not required to return defective merchandise unless we explicitly request it.
6. Governing Law
All agreements, transactions, and disputes arising from the use of this website or orders placed through it shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands, regardless of the customer's location or shipping destination. The competent court in the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
