Because our products are custom printed on demand specifically for you, our return and cancellation policies vary by region and product type.
1. Order Cancellations & Modifications (All Regions)
Once an order is placed, it is instantly queued for production. You can cancel or modify your order within a strict timeframe of 1 hour after placement. After this 1 hour grace period, your order enters production, and it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

2. European Union (EU) Customers
- Custom/Personalized Items: In accordance with Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code (and EU consumer law), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is excluded for items made to your unique specifications (such as your own photos, names, or texts).
- Standard Catalog Designs: For items featuring our pre-made catalog designs, EU customers retain the statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.
- EU Return Procedure: To initiate an EU return for standard designs, please use the dedicated "Withdrawal form" link in our footer. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned unused and in a secure packaging suitable for shipping to the return address provided by our customer service team upon approval of your return request.
3. United States (US) Customers
For all US orders, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you order the incorrect size, color, or simply change your mind.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear manufacturing error (e.g., printing mistake), you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us at info@aprettyprint.shop within 14 days of delivery with clear digital photos of the defect and your order number. You do not need to ship the defective item back unless explicitly requested.
